Twelve months Direct Mail machine operator experience or equivalent machine operator experience preferred.

Experience with equipment that uses friction feeders, tippers and gluer preferred.

Solution orientated that will add value to Nahan and to the department.

Demonstrated high quality and quantity standards on a consistent basis.

Computer skills.

Strong self-starter; ability to perform duties without being told.

Good communication skills (written, verbal and listening).

Good leadership skills.

Ability to train and coach.

Physical effort - standing, bending, stooping, twisting, repetitive motion, lifting between 50 - 70 pounds.
