1 year Finishing operator experience preferred.

Ability to operate secondary piece of equipment preferred.

Ink jet and controller knowledge preferred.

Knowledge of procedures in other departments (Press, Direct Mail, Shipping/Receiving, Distribution, etc.)

Knowledge of Finishing equipment, materials and products.

Computer experience.

Ability to train and coach.

Good leadership skills.

Good communication skills (written, verbal and listening).

Physical effort - standing, bending, stooping, twisting, repetitive motion, lifting between 50 - 70 pounds.
