Associate's degree (AAS) from a technical college in Sales, Sales Management or related program.

Preferred experience and/or education in the areas of printing/graphic arts/direct mail.

One to two years of selling experience preferred.

Proven ability to learn complicated technical concepts that will translate to learning print technology.

Good math and computer skills.

Good negotiation skills.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to perform sales cold calls.

Good communication skills (written, verbal and listening).

Flexible schedule to meet the needs of internal and external customers.

Travel as required.
