We don’t just strive to meet customer expectations; we strive to exceed them. To ensure we’re doing this, we send out surveys to gather feedback after each project. Among other things, the surveys calculate a Net Promoter Score (NPS), which determines how likely customers are to recommend Nahan to a friend or colleague. The NPS can range anywhere from -100 to 100, and scores higher than 0 are considered good and higher than 50 are excellent. After hundreds of survey respondents rated our performance, we are proud to hold a Net Promoter Score of 81.
