Ask anyone what they love about being on the Nahan team and the most common response will be “the people.” For Heather Czajkowski, Senior Account Executive, 27 years at Nahan is a testament to that fact. We’re excited to share more about Heather and her time at Nahan.
27 Years of Commitment
Heather began her career at Nahan in 1994 after graduating from St. Cloud State University upon hearing of Nahan’s reputation as a strong family company with good people. Starting out as a Customer Service Assistant, Heather had the opportunity after only a year to help build Nahan’s lettershop. Promoted to a Customer Service Representative, Heather worked with her new team to develop lettershop processes for the Customer Service Department. During Nahan’s opening of a second facility, she was a part of a cross-functional team that handled the management and set-up of the building. After gaining experience in a wide variety of roles during her career at Nahan, Heather became an Account Executive, which at the time was a new role within the company. The ability to help define and expand the AE role over the years was one of the attributes that drew Heather to this position. Most recently, Heather was promoted into the leadership role of Senior Account Executive, responsible for the development and management of all Nahan Account Executives, while helping drive the evolution of our processes and workflow.
“I am always amazed at the evolution of Nahan as well as the industry. I’ve enjoyed providing solutions, whether for internal or external customers and there is always something new to learn.”
Heather Czajkowski, Senior Account Executive
When Heather is not working hard at Nahan, one of her favorite ways to spend time is just being with her entire family all in one place. With busy schedules between her husband and three children, anytime they can spend quality time together is treasured. In her spare time, Heather also enjoys exploring museums, attending concerts, and searching through thrift stores and record stores. She always enjoys finding those random hole-in-the wall record stores that can still be found if one looks hard enough. Heather also enjoys being able to travel with her family, citing Victoria, British Columbia as her favorite location so far, as well as Yellowstone National Park running a close second. It is actually on Heather’s bucket list to add more favorite travel spots.
“Most recently, my neighbors have been my inspiration. They are both in their early nineties and still live in their own home, spend the winters in Arizona and are active with their extended family. I hope I have the health and energy to be going strong at 90.”
