Nahan is a direct marketing services and central U.S. printer, located in St. Cloud, Minnesota at 7000 Saukview Drive. All of our operations take place at this location, but we have representatives throughout the United States to conveniently serve our entire customer base. Printing representatives currently reside in Minnesota, New York, Texas, Illinois, and North Carolina but serve customers across the globe, printing for international companies that are mailing to the U.S. and Canada market.

We typically have 24-hour availability for receiving; however, we ask that customers call us to schedule incoming deliveries. Our Customer Service hours are typically 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (central time zone) with additional hours available upon request.

No, we do not have an order minimum. Nahan specializes in high-quality, high-volume printing projects (average orders vary from a quantity of 10,000 to 5 million). But with the changing market opting for products such as variable print, we invite the opportunity to talk further about your specific project needs. DATA: Our Data Processing team prefers CSV files that are pipe delimited, contains double quotes for field framing characters, and has a carriage return line feed for the record delimiter. A record layout will also need to be supplied for each file. More details about file format standards and digital art file requirements can be found here.

ART: We prefer to receive single page PDFs with 0.125” bleeds. Our second choice for artwork is InDesign working documents with fonts and images. More information about recommended file standards can be found here.

The USPS determines the rate of postage, which is due three days prior to the mailing date via a check/ACH/EPS/wire transfer. Use this guide to easily reference current postage rates, or talk with someone from our Postal/Logistics department. Our dedicated team will work with you to ensure you get the best rates possible for every project.

While we recommend using Arial font in size 10pt., there aren’t specific fonts you’re required to use. Our team is here to accommodate special font requests.
